Pets are not allowed in the hotel
Quiet hours are defined in the hotel, namely from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., during which no noise is allowed.
4. Order cancellation/refund/reimbursement
4.1 The customer pays 30% of the total cost of the reservation as an advance upon booking.
4.2 When the guest is unable to arrive, the reservation can be canceled no later than 10 days before the date of entry into the hotel. Otherwise, the paid amount will not be returned.
5. Composition/Content
Any visual and textual material that is placed on our website is the property of Shato Davitiani or has permission to use it. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, download, copy or use said content in whole or in part for personal commercial purposes or without prior written permission.
6. Prohibited Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms.
7. Analytics
We may use third party services to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
8. Accounts
